Cancellation Before Project Commencement:
If you wish to cancel your project before it has commenced, you may do so without incurring any cancellation fees. Any deposits paid will be refunded in full.
Cancellation After Project Commencement:
If a project is canceled after work has begun, you will be billed for the work completed up to the date of cancellation. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.
Cancellation of Monthly Services:
For services billed on a monthly basis, cancellation must be made at least 15 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following month.

To cancel a project or service, please notify us in writing via email at sumeet@prateeksha.com. Cancellations are only effective upon confirmation of receipt.
